Love, of the romantic and friendship persuasion is complex even with a relatively healthy brain. Now mix in manic episodes, isolation, confusion, depression and all that other fun stuff. Things can get a little tricky to say the least.
It’s not all doom and gloom around here, shoot, it’s Friday. I had a millisecond moment of sad yesterday and decided that it would be helpful to think of things that make me happy.
